A challenge for developers
Has your development style
adapted to the AI era?
It doesn't matter whether you use AI. What matters is what you changed when AI arrived, and what you kept. From your 50 answers, SHIFT-32 points out one blind spot in a habit you believe is right.
The more confident you are that you've mastered AI, the more you should take this.

How to answer
All 50 items use the same five-point scale, from "Not at all like me" to "Very much like me." They ask about what you did, how you feel, what you believe and how you decide. Items about past actions, such as "In the past 3 months," let you choose "No such situation came up" if it doesn't apply.
There are no right answers, and a higher score isn't better. Choose what's closest to your usual self, not your ideal self.
